Ready to Print Pre-exposed Screen

Ready to print screen created with your artwork! What do you get?
One ready to print screen with your design.
Transparent film with your design printed out.
For multi colored designs, each color will require its own screen.

Screen will be coated with a photopolymer emulsion that is compatible with water-based and plastisol inks. Depending on the request, I may be in contact throughout the process to ensure your requests are properly met.

What I need:

• Your desired mesh count. (110 -255 or choose for me)
• Emailed artwork and desired final print size in inches (up to 12.5 Inch x 17 Inch)
(Artwork must be in black and white and in high resolution)
• Any special request you may have (intended placements, deadlines, etc.)
• Approval of images of the finished screen before shipping.

What you need:

• A basic understanding of the screen printing process (Youtube has endless videos)
• Screen printing ink and screen printing squeegee
• A print station or screen printing press
• At minimum a flash dryer or heat press to cure your prints
(heat gun works too, but will slow down the process and is prone to complications)
